Unlike the DIVER OSINT CTF, the SWIMMER OSINT CTF is primarily a domestic event.
Most challenge materials will be in Japanese, so you may encounter some language barriers.
That being said, participants from anywhere in the world are welcome, and we will provide support in both English and Japanese.
